Lint Out, Inc., Dryer Vent Cleaning is committed to providing professional
dryer vent cleaning services.
As you may
already know, lint build-up in dryer vents is an extreme fire hazard.
It also causes the dryer to work harder resulting in higher operating costs
and increased repair bills. Many insurance companies are now mandating
that dryer vents in condominium complexes, town houses, and other
facilities be cleaned to prevent any risk of fire.
Our company
primarily uses the RoVac System which is the most advanced equipment of its
type. Using the combination of suction from a high powered HEPA vacuum
and rotating brushes, the dangerous lint is removed safely and effectively,
both in the venting system and in the dryer itself. This system also
contains the specialty tools needed to remove blockages and can be used to
pinpoint the location of problems within a wall or ceiling.
We also offer the
reverse air process which can be done without entering the unit. The
system must first be inspected to determine which process is best to start
with.
I personally have
12 years experience in this specialized service, and have worked
harmoniously with many condo associations to help them conveniently schedule
